My sister and I

For such a long time; my sister refused to spend time with me. She treated me like I was not a part of the family, and then earlier this year she fell and sprained her ankle and bruised her knee. I felt so bad for her; she was in so much pain! My mom and I had plans that day, but as soon as we heard what happen, we dropped our plans and took her to emergency. I bought my sister dinner and Justin (her hubby) too. It was the beginning of a renewed relationship. That day, I think my sister came to realize that I really do care about her. Ever since, we have spent time together; not every week, but every once in a while and at least once a month. For that, I am truly grateful and I hope that this relationship with my sister will continue to get better.

What I'm reading

I am reading "The Flat Marriage Fix," by Karen Hayse. I am enjoying this book very much. There's not much to write about; I wish my life was not so boring, so I had stuff to write about.
