Today I woke up at 5:30am and could not sleep. I tossed and turned until I gave up trying to sleep at around 7am or so. I woke up with a bit of a headache. I read Psalms 23 this morning and Judges 2. Right now I still have a bit of a headache.
I took a short break from the computer to color a picture in my princess coloring books. That's one of the things I was taught to do for therapy when I was in the hospital. I think I like using markers better than crayons for some reason.
Later I am going to do some reading for pleasure and also take a nap because I am still very tired. Tonight I have Kardia and I am looking forward to going tonight, but I haven't done the lesson and I find it to be extremely hard to do and answer questions. I'm not very bright when I do Bible studies.
I skipped breakfast because I was not hungry, so I had kind of an early lunch. I fixed a roast beef sandwich with mustard and pickles.
