Not feeling all that great today

I haven't felt all that great today. My stomach is bothering me and I felt sick all day. I had a slight headache and strong nauseous. I did not throw up though, but felt like I might. I have been feeling nauseous since I hit my head Thursday night. Or I should say Whacked it! I felt like I was whacked over the head with something.
