Can't Sleep

I am having trouble sleeping and I do not know what to do about it. My stomach is hurting a little bit. I know why I can't sleep; it is because I am nervous about the med-ical application. I also am not feeling good. I am afraid of not doing something right. Lord, help me sleep and help me to trust you completely!
