I had kind of a rough evening and things got really frustrating for me and things were not going well. I dropped my hotdog on the floor and had to throw it away and cook me another which got me upset because I was already upset. Everything kind of got worse, but then my dad felt bad for yelling at me and took me out so we could talk in private and everything ended better than I expected so I am going to bed now.
Drank a small glass of Dr. Pepper (so much for getting off the caffeine), but that's all I had. I was not going to go back to drinking a lot of caffeine. Now if I drink a little caffeine, it actually has been helping more with my headaches an it kind of kept it away.
