I woke up with a headache this morning and I really did not want to get out of bed at all. The parrots wake me up every single morning and it's so frustrating because I can not sleep as long as I feel I need to. I toss and turn from 5am to the time I finally drag myself out of bed. Today I had applesauce for breakfast, but I still had a headache. I ended up taking two ibprofens when I was at church and ate a huge breakfast which seemed to help.
After Sunday School I met with my friend for lunch and we had a short visit. I am feeling so tired but needed to come to the library and check my email. I am about done now and going to go home and rest. Hopefully I will feel like doing some reading, but I do not know yet. So far the day has not been too bad.
